I am the founder and managing partner of Auger and Auger Law Firm. We are a personal injury firm that helps injured clients and their loved ones navigate the complex bodily injury claims process. We have a trained team of attorneys, case managers and paralegals that are tops in their field and give our clients and their medical providers first class service while fighting the insurance carriers. We handle all types of serious personal injury cases from car, truck, biker, cyclist, and pedestrian type motor vehicle accidents to boating, aviation, animal attacks, construction site, and work-related injuries. We also handle Mass Tort and Class Actions claims nationwide. I founded Auger & Auger back in 1995 when I opened the first office in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since then, we have expanded to 8 offices located throughout North and South Carolina to better serve our clientele. When I founded the firm, I had 3 goals in mind: 1) To create and build a service oriented team to give our clients exceptional customer service 2) To build a prominent and successful law firm that is well-respected by its peers and community 3) To give back to the community and to those who need it the most. We are active in our community and only work with charitable organizations that we can get involved with on the ground level whether it be our A&A Disabled Scholar Award that we present to six college students annually; our A&A Doghouse that is featured on WCCB to benefit CMPD Animal Care & Control; the Boy Scouts of America in to make sure all local kids have an opportunity to attend summer camp; Beers and Burpees, a fundraiser The Changing Lives Matter Foundation; and The Metrolina Food Bank.
