About Helene Wasserman
Having practiced employment law since 1987, I have developed a keen sense of how all aspects of the employment relationship works, and a deep and always-developing knowledge of all aspects of employment law. I am a trusted advisor to employers of all sizes and in all industries. As an accomplished trial attorney, I share with clients my wealth of experience about how judges and juries evaluate claims. I use this knowledge to assist employers in determining what their best options are for resolution of a wide array of employment disputes. Effective dispute resolution requires the ability to not only understand the issues in dispute, but also the parties. As a trained neutral, I assist parties in understanding their BATNA, "best alternative to a negotiated agreement," and work with them to reach their optimal resolution.
