Heinz Brisske

Received Law Degree from Duke University School of Law in 1974. From 1974 to 1977, practiced law as an Associate Attorney with Hinshaw & Culbertson (then Hinshaw, Culbertson, Moelmann, Hoban & Fuller). In 1977, formed the law firm of Murphy, Jones & Brisske in DuPage County, which became the law firm of Greene, Jones & Brisske in 1978. Remained in that practice until 1999, when he founded the law firm of Huck & Brisske, LLC with Kevin J. Huck. In 2013, merged with Huck Bouma, PC and formed the Life & Legacy Planning Group, a group of Estate Planning, Special Needs, Elder Law and Estate Administration attorneys dedicated to a client-centered and relationship-based practice model. Concentrates in Wealth Transfer and Estate Planning, Disability Planning and Elder Law, VA Pension Planning, Probate and Trust Administration.
