Heather Lobue

Executive attorney and military veteran with a robust background as a team leader and advisor to chief executives, organizations, and diverse groups. My current legal practice focuses on securities law, financial regulation, internal investigations, and anti-money laundering. In addition to my legal career, I am deeply involved in community service through various board positions. As a member of the local school board, I have played a key role in shaping educational policies and ensuring effective governance. On the Board of Directors for the Illinois Association of School Boards, I provide leadership and support to school boards throughout southwestern Illinois, upholding the IASB mission of strengthening public education through local governance. Furthermore, I lead the Staff-Parish Relations Committee (HR function) in my faith community. My educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Florida State University, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Management from The George Washington University, and an International Affairs Certification from the Department of the Air Force. I hold active bar licenses in Florida, Georgia, and Missouri, and I am admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
