I have experience handling a wide variety of employment matters, from investigating discrimination complaints, to providing advice and counsel to Human Resources Professionals, managers, and employees on various employee relations matters. I am well-versed in responding to administrative charges from the DFEH, EEOC, and other state agencies, as well as managing and overseeing litigation in both state and federal court.
