Heather Becker

I joined Laner Muchin, Ltd. in 2006. The firm exclusively represents employers in the areas of labor relations, employment litigation, employee benefits and business immigration. I am a Partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. I represent both public and private sector employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in areas including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employment-based torts, wage and hour and wage payment claims, civil rights complaints, and restrictive covenant disputes. I believe that I have a keen understanding that no two cases or two clients are alike, and I work closely with my clients to ensure that their desired results are achieved in a cost-effective manner.
