Harold Belkowitz

Harold G. Belkowitz is an accomplished business litigator. Harold represents numerous financial institutions in creditors’ rights matters. He also counsels comprehensive care facilities on resident account and payment issues and represents companies and individuals in employment and business disputes. In addition, Harold represents families in special education matters to protect their children’s rights under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. He also represents students facing school discipline proceedings. In addition to his legal work, Harold serves as a Commissioner on the Fairfax County Consumer Protection Commission.
