About Hamilton Forman
Mr. Forman has been involved in many areas of the law since being sworn into the Bar. He has handled government work for the Port Everglades Authority and its successor, Broward County. He has done collections and civil rights work. However, Mr. Forman's practice has been largely in real estate transactions, including buying, selling, financing, and developing as well as real property litigation including eminent domain, landlord tenant and mechanic's lien/construction law. Mr. Forman endeavors to render personal attention to his clients and their causes. Specialties: Mr. Forman enjoys complex litigation of the type that other lawyers eschew. Throughout his career he has had good success in litigating against large and small firms. He has a broad personal experience in real property matters.
