Haleh Naimi is a bankruptcy and tax attorney with experience in all aspects of bankruptcy and business reorganization, tax planning, controversy, and collection matters. Ms. Naimi started her career in the New York office of Kaye Scholer LLP, where she worked on some of the country's largest Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, including WorldCom, Integrated Health Services, Owens Corning, and 360networks. Ms. Naimi frequently speaks on bankruptcy and tax matters and has published articles in Tax Notes and California Tax Lawyer. She served as Vice Chair and member of the Executive Committee of the California State Bar, Taxation Section (2012-2015); Chair of the Corporate and Pass-Through Entities Committee of the California State Bar, Taxation Section (2011-2012). Active Member of the Bankruptcy Workouts Committee of the American Bar Association, Taxation Section (2011 to present).
