I'm an experienced business immigration attorney advising U.S. employers, international companies, investors, and individuals on workforce mobility, talent acquisition, and regulatory compliance.I partner with clients to develop practical immigration strategies that support hiring, onboarding, and retention of global talent, while minimizing risk and disruption to business operations. I also advise investors and individuals on navigating U.S. immigration pathways in connection with business, investment, and long-term residency goals.My practice spans a range of industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and financial services, allowing me to provide tailored, industry-specific guidance on workforce and compliance matters. I advise on a full spectrum of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-1 and E-2 visas, TN visas under USMCA, J-1 physician waivers, and employment-based immigrant petitions such as EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, and PERM labor certification. I also counsel clients on consular processing, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and broader immigration program management.In addition to individual casework, I support clients in addressing immigration issues arising in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and foreign direct investment. I conduct immigration due diligence, develop internal policies, and provide training to HR teams and in-house counsel to help maintain compliance and streamline onboarding processes.My approach is strategic and business oriented. I focus on helping clients anticipate and mitigate immigration-related risks, navigate visa backlogs and operational constraints, and implement scalable programs that align with their long-term objectives.I earned my J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University. I also hold a Certificate in Employment Law with a Global HR focus from Cornell University.Outside of my legal practice, I am active in real estate and investing in the Greater Nashville area and hold a Tennessee Affiliate Broker License (TN370124). I am also committed to advancing equity and empowering women. As President of the YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee’s Junior Board Committee, I lead initiatives that support women’s empowerment and provide critical resources for survivors of domestic violence.
