I’m Greg Ward, founder, CEO, and entrepreneur dedicated to transforming lives through business, faith, and justice. Over the years, I’ve built one of the nation’s fastest-growing personal injury law firms by staying anchored to a mission larger than myself: helping immigrant families turn some of life’s hardest moments into opportunities for hope and a better future. As Co-Founder and Managing Member (CEO) of The Ward Law Group, I’ve led our firm from a humble beginning, a laptop and a fold-out table, to a nationally recognized organization with hundreds of employees and multimillion-dollar revenues. Today, we’re proud to be one of the largest and most impactful personal injury law firms serving Spanish-speaking communities across the U.S. Our growth has been driven by a relentless commitment to culture, systems, and accountability. For more than two decades, I’ve represented car accident victims and their families, securing justice and life-changing results.
