Representative business and malpractice matters are detailed below, but my boxing experience includes: - Representing world champion Canelo Alvarez in negotiating landmark $365 million, 5-year agreement with Golden Boy Promotions and DAZN, and representing him in lawsuit for breach of that contract. - Representing gold medalist Andy Cruz in lawsuit against New Champion Promotions. - Representing world champion George Kambosos Jr. in dispute against Triller arising out a Triller’s failure to perform after winning purse bid to stage title fight between Kambosos and Teofimo Lopez Jr. - Representing Hall of Famer Sugar Shane Mosley in arbitration regarding his ownership stake in Golden Boy Promotions. - Representing Split-T Management in action brought by boxer seeking to terminate management agreement. - Advising numerous other fighters and managers in non-public disputes with promoters and broadcasters. - Representing numerous fighters in negotiating sponsorship and branding agreements.
