Areas of concentration: commercial litigation (trade secret misappropriation, restrictive employment covenants, contract performance, business dissolutions, and business torts); real estate litigation (commercial and industrial landlord-tenant disputes, construction defects, land use and development, takings, judicial foreclosures, quiet title, and easements; and local government law (general counsel for multiple municipalities and special service districts). Litigation practice includes regular appearances Utah state district courts (statewide) and appellate courts and federal trial courts. Trial experience includes jury trials.
