About Gregory Alcaro
Gregory Vincent Alcaro, a native of Williamstown, Massachusetts, received his B.A. "Cum Laude" from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts where he double majored in Philosophy and Criminal Justice. He then received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University | Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While in law school, Mr. Alcaro was a research and teacher's assistant, and received Book Awards (highest grade award) in Criminal Procedure and Constitutional Law I. He also held externships in the Massachusetts Trial Court as a Judicial Extern, and as a Student Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") in Miami, Florida. Mr. Alcaro also committed over 300 hours to public service and received the Gold Award for the Pro Bono Honor Program upon graduation. Mr. Alcaro is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the First and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Alcaro is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.
