Greg Meihn

A partner in Foley & Mansfield’s Detroit office, I focus my transactional and litigation practice in the core areas of Employment, Labor, Directors and Officer's Liability, and School Law. My Employment, Labor, and Directors and Officer's Law practice encompasses a broad range of employment, labor, and liability issues for public and private employers of all sizes, schools, cities, townships, and municipalities. I serve as counsel to public schools, municipalities, employers, and school districts on a variety of compliance issues, and represents them in claims involving discrimination, Title VII, Violation of IDEA and "Child First", and other related matters. My experience encompasses discipline, harassment, terminations, unions, discrimination, unemployment, employment hiring practices, non-competition agreements, and issues involving Michigan Elliott Larsen Civil Rights Act, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and related statutes. I practice in all State Courts and Federal Courts in the State of Michigan. Additionally, I practice in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Recently, I was successful before the U.S. Supreme Court in having a writ of cert. denied in a religious discrimination case.
