Grant Stringham

I am a Partner with The Chartwell Law Offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where I work as assistant firm counsel in litigation matters and actively represent businesses, individuals, and insurance providers in commercial litigation, general liability, products liability, and personal injury matters. Following my first year in law school, I worked as a legal intern at Bochetto & Lentz, P.C., a firm that handles everything from personal injury to Constitution law claims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I gained extensive experience during my tenure working under George Bochetto and Gavin Lentz, prominent members of the Plaintiffs’ Bar, who, along with their associates, helped me fine tune my writing and increase my legal acumen. Throughout my clerkship, I developed a strong understanding of personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance, and Constitutional law issues while also receiving hands-on experience at virtually every aspect of civil litigation drafting, including: the composition and answering of complaints, correspondence, motions, discovery requests, and various legal memoranda. Thereafter, I worked for the Honorable Ellen Ceisler where I co-authored numerous legal opinions for reference by the Superior Court, several of which where adopted verbatim. In addition to my legal education, experience, and problem-solving nature, my diverse work history and education prior to law school has enhanced my ability to creatively analyze problems from multiple perspectives. My experience with progressive cases and creative arguments thus far has proven beneficial in numerous litigation practice areas on behalf of defendants and plaintiffs alike.
