DEFENDING TECH COMPANIES AND THEIR ONLINE PLATFORMS As a trial lawyer and former Google product counsel for an AI-powered product, I know how to effectively counsel tech companies and other businesses to make informed decisions about litigation risk—safeguarding their products both now and in the future. I’ve dismissed numerous complaints against Google, Twitter, and other companies with online platforms. These complaints frequently attack tech companies for how they moderate content, and often include constitutional, state-law, and copyright claims. In addition, I’ve advised companies on how to shore up their privacy practices, terms of service, and user-facing policies to help companies reach their product goals while maintaining transparency and satisfaction among their userbase.
