About Glenn Stockton
Glenn A. Stockton is Managing Partner of Stockton & Kandt Law Firm with multiple offices located in Southern Johnson County, Kansas. Mr. Stockton and his firm counsel individuals and families on all facets of estate planning and elder law, including wills and trusts, probate, special needs and public benefits planning, Medicaid planning, veteran’s benefits planning and conservatorships. Mr. Stockton is a 5th generation Kansan, having grown up in the home homesteaded by his great, great grandparents. Glenn completed his undergraduate studies at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. He then moved to Edinburgh, Scotland and received a post-graduate Diploma in European and International Politics from the University of Edinburgh. Thereafter Glenn attended law school at the University of Kansas, where he earned his juris doctorate. Glenn is a member of both WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel, American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (AAEPA) , is an accredited attorney with the Veteran’s Administration, and is a Paul Harris Fellow of the Gardner Rotary Club. He is a board member of the Olathe Heath Charitable Foundation and a board member of the American Academy of Estate Planing Attorneys. Glenn lives in Gardner, Kansas with his wife of more than 30 years and his black lab, Ruger. He has three adult children, two daughter-in-laws, 1 son-in-law and seven beautiful grandchildren.
