About Glenn Kerner

Glenn has extensive experience in products liability law, particularly with respect to pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He litigates complex mass torts, multidistrict litigations (MDL), and consumer class actions. Before joining GT, Glenn was Head of the Litigation Department in Goodwin Procter's New York office and Chair of Goodwin’s Products Litigation & Counseling group. He routinely counsels clients on risk assessment, litigation avoidance and litigation preparedness. He’s experienced in matters involving emerging technologies, cannabis, healthcare, food and dietary supplements, and other consumer products. Glenn also has experience in complex commercial litigation, antitrust, and other civil litigation.
