I am an estate planning attorney serving the Central Valley. My primary focus is on helping families protect their assets from the high cost of nursing care if they become ill through probate if they die. I address hard-to-discuss topics like how to avoid family in-fighting by preparing a comprehensive plan to carry out your legacy, arranging care for heirs with special needs and anticipating issues that may affect children and grandchildren.
