In more than 23 years as a Trial Attorney Mr Schwab has attained a level of experience, and success few can equal. Mr Schwab has obtained not guilty verdicts in Fresno, Madera, and Tulare Counties, Juvenile and adult Court. Mr. Schwab has more than 50 Felony jury trials, including First Degree Homicide, and Attempted Murder, and argued over one hundred bail motions, motions to suppress, and other significant motions. Mr Schwab has represented clients in several high profile cases, such as the Brittney Norris Double Homicide case, Bachelorette contestant Kasey Kahl, UFC fighter Lavar Johnson, and Johnny Xiong in the nationally followed Hmong massacre Federal RICO case. Before opening his own practice Mr. Schwab was a Deputy Probation Officer, and Deputy District Attorney. Mr Schwab also served In Desert Storm as a U. S. Army Military Policeman. Mr. Schwab continued to serve his community as an Adjunct Criminology Instructor at Fresno City College.
