I have over 30 years experience specializing in the field of employment law and as the founder of the Resnick Law Group I am dedicated to representing employees in NJ and NY. For the past five years, I have been selected as a NJ Superlawyer and I am a Certified Civil Trial Attorney of the State of New Jersey. Over the years, I have written numerous articles which have appeared in the New Jersey Law Journal, the latest one being in March 2007, entitled It's Time for a Passenger Bill of Rights on Airport Security, which stemmed from a pending case involving the sexual harassment of an American Airlines flight attendant. I am a Bencher with the Sidney Reitman Labor and Employment Inn of Court and a member of the International Network of Boutique Law Firms, an organization of highly credentialed boutique law firms that have been hand selected as outstanding in their respective fields of law. I have appeared on the Geraldo Rivera At Large TV Show as well as on Fox News.
