Retired in 2024 from the practice of law, and now available to serve as an arbitrator in labor disputes or to mediate employment law matters or disputes between law firms and their employees/partners. CEO of Frost Brown Todd LLP, a 500+lawyer firm, for nine years (until term limited in 2018). Led firm to 50%+ growth in revenue and profits. Previous experience includes serving as loss-prevention and claims counsel to the firm, and for over 20 years on the firm's Compensation Committee. As a practicing lawyer, more than 40 years of experience in all aspects of labor and employment law, including counseling in compliance, and serving as an advocate in jury trials, hundreds of labor arbitrations, and mediations of employment disputes. This experience ranged from Major League Baseball salary arbitrations to wage and hour collective actions, as well as disputes with government agencies including the NLRB, OSHA and OFCCP.
