Building genuine partnerships across functions, and earning trust by being a pragmatic, approachable, and reliable colleague, is core to how I operate.Before moving in-house, I was a Partner and practice group leader at two Am Law 100 firms — Sidley Austin LLP and Sheppard Mullin — where I defended Fortune 500 companies in complex wage/hour class actions, wrongful termination, harassment, and disparate impact matters. I also clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.Beyond the legal work, I care deeply about the people with whom I work. I invest timeto contribute to the development of people who think strategically, communicate clearly, and grow into leaders themselves. I also believe that good judgment and a great sense of humor aren’t mutually exclusive — in fact, some of the best work happens in rooms (virtual and actual) where people genuinely enjoy being together.My work has been recognized nationally: Law360 named me one of the top five employment attorneys in the country under 40, and BTI recognized me as a Client Service MVP — an honor shared by only 56 attorneys nationwide.
