About Genene Dunn
When someone dies or becomes incapacitated, I handle the legal process required for the assets of that person, usually without the client ever having to step foot in court. I do all things probate including: decedent's estates, conservatorship, guardianship, trust petitions, will contests, & any and all trust disputes. Our practice is small enough for each client to have the direct attorney interaction necessary for complicated issues and court interaction, while also providing support staff who handle routine requirements and answer phone calls regularly in order to keep costs to a minimum. There is no estate too small or too big for us to service. We also prepare estate plans and guide our clients through the entire process for a flat fee.
