I have practiced law for more than 42 years and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1980. I have extensive experience representing plaintiffs, defendants, businesses and individuals in a broad range of practice areas , including Divorce and other Family law matters such as timesharing disputes, modification of alimony or child support; Commercial Litigation such as foreclosure defense and prosecution, breaches of contract, real estate disputes, partnership and corporate disputes; credit card debt issues, debtor and creditor rights; Probate, Trusts and Estates litigation including guardianship proceedings, undue influence cases and will or trust matters; and Federal court matters and handling appeals in State and Federal courts. I am Supreme Court Certified as both a Circuit Civil and Family Law Mediator. I am AV preeminent-rated® (5.0 out of a possible 5.0).
