I am a Bilingual (English/Spanish) attorney with 17 years of experience and a track record of devising effective strategies in high level complex civil litigation matters with a focus on general liability matters (plaintiff & defense). My focus and passion is representing personal injury clients in the areas of premises liability, construction accidents, wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions, and general liability matters in New York State and Federal Courts.
