About Gabriel Waddell
Before I became an attorney, I developed a passion for helping people by working with variety of non-profit and humanitarian organizations. Now, as an attorney certified as a bankruptcy specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, I use that same passion to help the people I represent. The best part of my job is seeing people come into my office saddled by financial problems with no end in sight, and leave with hope and a plan for the future. I represent debtors, creditors, and trustees in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcies. I specialize in representation of consumer debtors in Chapters 7 and 13, and in bankruptcy-related litigation.
