Fred Monroe

As a practicing attorney in Charlotte since 1997, Fred has had a wide range of experience as a civil trial lawyer. He focuses his practice on representing individuals and businesses involved in employment and complex commercial disputes. Fred has an active trial practice in both state and federal courts, and routinely counsels clients on business litigation issues. In addition, he represents clients involved in disputes in the financial and employment fields in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Fred has given continuing legal education lectures to other lawyers in those practice areas. He has also represented individuals who have suffered severe personal injury or are involved in heated estate disputes.
