Frank Tantone

I am a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the courts of New York State, as well as the federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. My practice is currently focused on employment related litigation, with specific expertise in employment discrimination and employment contracts. I regularly represent my clients in New York's state courts throughout the five boroughs, Long Island, and upstate New York. I graduated in the spring of 2016 from St. John's University School of Law, and passed the July 2016 New York State Bar Exam. I also graduated from St. John's University, cum laude, in May of 2012, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. During law school, I served as the Senior Associate Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. My research and writing has bene published numerous times in nationally circulated law journals and other publications. For example, in 2017, I addressed benefit corporation legislation in New York, and how the state can use these business models to improve the good of the community. My article on this subject was published through the journal as a result of two years of analyzing the relevant statutory provisions and public policy. In 2019, my commentary addressing the confirmation hearings of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and recommendations for legislative reform efforts in the area, was published in the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development.
