TRIAL ATTORNEY My clients come to rely on me as the one attorney they call when they want their legal problems resolved quickly and efficiently. For the past 35 years, I have successfully tried, arbitrated, mediated or settled over 500 litigations for a range of clients, including individuals and small, medium and large companies. I serve clients in a variety of industries, including technology, wealth and asset management, insurance, real estate and construction. EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION, COUNSELING AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION As an employment litigator, I draw on my broad experience to assist my clients with a variety of employment issues such as discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, non-competition and other restrictive covenants and trade secrets. I also provide advice on Human Resources policies and procedures and counsel on day-to-day employment issues. RESOLVING REAL ESTATE AND BUSINESS DISPUTES For my real estate clients, I litigate and resolve breach of contract claims, partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, design and construction defects claims, environmental claims and boundary issues. My clients include property owners, developers and construction companies.
