Farbod Nourian

I have been a California licensed attorney since 2015. I have extensive experience representing clients in employment law and litigation, labor law/litigation, business transactions and litigation, entertainment litigation and transactions, class action litigation, intellectual property, bankruptcy law, civil commission hearings, administrative law, arbitration, and mediation. Since February 2018, I have been an attorney at Felahy Employment Lawyers where I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation matters. My focus is on employment/labor law, business litigation, class actions, and PAGA litigation. I have sat second chair in both bench and jury trials. I have taken and defended numerous depositions. I also represented clients in administrative proceedings and trials. At Felahy Employment Lawyers, I also manage younger associates and legal staff, including paralegals, low clerks, and receptionists. Prior to joining Felahy Employment Lawyers, I served as an attorney at Johnson & Johnson LLP where I represented talent in entertainment litigation. My clients included actors, directors, writers, production companies, amongst others. Prior to commencing law school, I attended business school where I earned by Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance and investments. I have received the Super Lawyers Rising Star Award in 2021 and 2022.
