Fanny Ferdman

I am an employment law advisor and counselor, focusing my practice on assisting employers with day-to-day workplace issues in all industries. I regularly advise clients on a wide variety of employment-related issues, with a focus on the avoidance of litigation. This focus includes issues surrounding the hiring and onboarding of employees, employee classifications, employee discipline and terminations, employee leaves of absence, employment accommodation issues, wage and hour law, and other facets of the employer-employee relationship. I conduct human resources and wage and hour audits, and draft and revise various types of employment-related documents, such as employment applications, offer letters, policies and procedures, employee handbooks, and various employment agreements, including separation/severance, confidentiality, non-compete, non-solicitation and settlement agreements. I also provide workplace trainings for employees and management alike. In addition to counseling clients, I represent clients before administrative agencies on various employment-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour law.
