About Eve Canfield
Eve Canfield is Special Counsel at Lyons Gaddis Kahn Hall Jeffers Dworak & Grant, PC, and her law practice primarily consists of work in the areas of civil litigation including Family Law, Real Estate, and Business. Working with the General Civil Litigation Practice Group, Eve’s family law practice includes helping all types of families resolve issues in divorce, parental responsibilities and post-decree matters. Eve works with clients to resolve cases using negotiation and mediation, but is experienced in court and will pursue litigation when the case warrants it. In real estate matters, she is experienced with quiet title actions, boundary disputes, and partition actions to sever ownership interests. Eve also handles breach of contract litigation. In addition, Eve provides legal assistance to ditch and reservoir companies on easement and other real estate matters through the firm's Water Law practice. Returning to school for a law degree in 1999, after graduation Eve served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carol Glowinsky, Judge for the Twentieth Judicial District of Colorado in Boulder. Prior to law school, Ms. Canfield worked for a large land developer and builder in Boulder County, and then for a small software company that eventually grew into a large publicly traded company. Eve is a member of the Boulder County Bar and Colorado Bar Association.In the community, Eve volunteered on the Board for ArtWalk in Longmont and has served on Longmont's Housing and Human Services Advisory Board and as chair for two years. She was also on the initial Board for RISE (Road to Independence, Security and Empowerment), the poverty reduction program at Aspen Meadows Neighborhood in Longmont, served on the Board for V.A.L.E., (Victims and Witnesses Assistance and Law Enforcement) for Boulder County) and currently board member of Safe Shelter of St. Vrain Valley.
