Evan Dalzell

Evan focuses his legal practice on handling Pennsylvania workers' compensation matters, including investigating and litigating disputed claims and counseling employers of all sizes, as well as their insurance carriers and third party administrators, on strategies and best practices to minimize their financial exposure. He has successfully represented the interests of his clients in litigation before every Workers' Compensation Judge in the Western District of Pennsylvania, as well as in matters pending before the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. His clients include multinational retailers, nursing and post-acute healthcare agencies, energy and industrial gas providers, food and beverage distributors, and chemical distributors, among others. Evan is devoted to representing his clients in a manner that is aggressive and results-oriented, while still adhering to the highest standards of ethics and integrity in his interactions with injured workers, their legal representatives, and the judiciary. As products of his successful results in litigation, he has effectuated substantial recoveries against the Supersedeas Reimbursement Fund on behalf of his clients for benefits that were initially paid in good faith but were ultimately adjudicated to have been not payable.
