Attorney Errol Cook is a highly experienced and aggressive trial attorney who focuses on criminal defense in the Southern California area. With over 20 years of criminal law experience, Attorney Cook has had countless victories in criminal court and has been the attorney of record in over 50 felony jury trials resulting in amazing verdicts for his clients. Attorney Cook is devoted to serving the those in need of legal representation and he fights relentlessly to ensure that his clients only receive the best possible outcomes. ABOUT ATTORNEY COOK Errol Cook attended California State University, Long Beach. While a psychology student, he developed an interest in helping others and began working as a full-time psychiatric aide assisting adult and geriatric mental health patients. He was also an Associated Students Senator and frequent contributing writer to school newspapers. After graduating from California State, University, Long Beach he enrolled in Loyola Law School of Los Ángeles. While at Loyola , Errol Cook developed a passion for fighting for the rights of the homeless. His passion led him taking interships with the Inner City Law Center, Community Legal Services of Compton and the juvenile division of the Los Angeles County Public Defenders Office. After a brief career as an artist and elementary school teacher in Compton and Los Ángeles, Errol Cook decided to become a criminal defense attorney and joined the Orange County Public Defenders Office in 2000. As a trial deputy he developed a passion for going to trial and litigated over 12 felony jury trials to verdict within his first 16 months on the felony panel. After gaining extensive experience and being promoted to Deputy Public Defender IV, Mr. Cook opened his own law firm in 2008 to serve the greater Southern California area.
