Ernest Ianetti

I am an experienced litigation attorney admitted to practice to the United States Supreme Court, United States of Court of Appeals (3d Cir.), New Jersey Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts, the courts of the State of New Jersey, and the U.S. Virgin Islands Territorial Court. I serve as designated counsel in the Office of the Public Defender in Essex and Union Counties, and the Conviction Integrity Unit. I am a member of the Law Offices of Ernest G. Ianetti and a guest faculty member at the National Business Institute. Throughout my career, I have distinguished myself, representing clients, navigating complex criminal, civil, bankruptcy, and family law cases, and achieving outcomes that have resulted in published cases and advanced the law in subsequent cases. Among my colleagues, my extensive experiences in both public service and private practice have made me the go-to attorney for expert-level training and advice on legal matters for which training is not readily available.
