Subsequently, I spent 12+ years at 21st Century Fox as an in-house employment advisor and litigator supporting domestic companies where I: • Partnered with and advised Human Resources executives and senior leaders • Negotiated senior-executive employment contracts • Created and facilitated discrimination and harassment training programs • Conducted and oversaw investigations of employment-related complaints • Drafted and updated corporate employee policy manuals • Successfully litigated employment claims I was recruited to move from domestic-based employment law to international-based human resources within the Fox family and took the challenge to approach a similar landscape from a different lens, transforming myself into a compassionate human resources leader. I became the head of Fox Latin America HR, where I had the pleasure of leading a passionate 40-person HR team across 12 countries and transforming the HR culture and practice, until The Walt Disney Company's acquisition of Fox companies. After leading the Fox Latin America HR and business teams through the merger and integration process, I left Fox and merged my two professional journeys (employment law and HR) and became the CHRO at a large national professional services (legal and consulting) firm.
