Erin Moore

I am a civil trial lawyer. My fields of practice include litigation of construction, employment, insurance, land use, personal injury, consumer, business/commercial and political subdivision issues. I also serve as a mediator for the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, as well as privately. My emphasis is primarily in defending my clients' interests, but also includes representing both individual and business clients as plaintiffs. I advise and consult with clients before litigation as well as representing them during the course of a lawsuit. My clients include individuals, small and large businesses, insurers and self-insured companies. I have also served as an adjunct professor of trial practice as well as for a seminar class in alternative dispute resolution for the University of Dayton law school. Practice emphasis: Insurance coverage analysis, defense and prosecution of injury and death claims, defense of multi-party construction-related claims, defense and prosecution of employment-related claims and defense of law enforcement and local government units.
