Erica Frank

At KM&M, I represent a wide variety of employers with respect to all aspects of labor and employment law. My labor relations experience includes leading collective bargaining negotiations, advising and counseling clients on the administration of collective bargaining agreements and the avoidance of unfair labor practice charges, responding to union organizing campaigns and representation petitions, and training managers and supervisors on best practices for working in a unionized environment. I represent clients before the National Labor Relations Board and at grievance arbitrations. I also regularly advise clients on a diverse array of employment law matters, including counseling on antidiscrimination and antiharassment policies, federal and state leave laws, employment and separation agreements, and restrictive covenants. In addition to litigating employment matters before federal and state courts and in private employment arbitrations, I have defended clients in front of administrative agencies, such as the EEOC, the New York State Division of Human Rights and OSHA.
