Eric Warner

Eric Warner is the owner of the Law Office of Eric J. Warner, LLC, in Newark, NJ and New York, NY. He was admitted to the NJ Bar, 2007, the NY Bar, 2007 and the PA Bar, 2012. He is also a member of the United States Federal District Courts of the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. While attending law school at Rutgers School of Law-Newark (Juris Doctorate, 2006), Mr. Warner was the Managing Notes and Comments Editor of the Rutgers Race and the Law Review, and he was a recipient of the Dean's Merit Scholarship. Mr. Warner has also graduated with a Master's Degree from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn, Germany (M.E.S., 2003) and attended Bard College (B.A., 2001). Mr. Warner speaks fluent German. Mr. Warner is an experienced litigator who began his career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Howard H. Kestin, P.J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. While clerking for the Appellate Division, Mr. Warner honed his legal research and writing skills by preparing numerous bench memoranda directed at assisting Appellate Division panels in deciding appeals cases. Indeed, Mr. Warner's bench memorandum preparation culminated in, among other things, the prominent published opinion of Owens v. Feigin, 394 N.J. Super. 85 (App. Div. 2007). Since then, Mr. Warner has gained considerable litigation experience working for national law firms, and he has successfully litigated civil, criminal and family law matters from inception to settlement, dismissal or trial.
