Eric Schloss

Eric has an active personal injury practice in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Eric concentrates on injuries caused by motor vehicle collisions, workers' compensation claims and personal injury litigation. Bar Admissions: Maryland, 1994; Washington D.C., 1997; Virginia, 2002. Court Admissions: U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, 1995. Eric is very active with the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ) (formerly Maryland Trial Lawyers Association) and serves on the Board of Governors (2005-present) and was a former member of the Executive Committee. Eric was also a Past President (2021-2022) of the MAJ. Eric was a former member of the MAJ Education & Programs Committee. Eric is also serving as a member of the MAJ Legislative Committee. As a member of the Legislative Committee, Eric has testified before various committees in the Maryland General Assembly. Eric is a frequent lecturer for the MAJ. He is also a frequent writer for the MAJ Trial Reporter, is a member of the Trial Reporter Committee and Trial Reporter Editorial Board.
