About Eric Monzo
With over 16 years at Morris James LLP, I lead the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice, where I focus on bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and business restructuring. I provide counsel to diverse stakeholders, including official and unofficial committees, indenture trustees, commercial creditors, lender groups, and corporate debtors. My goal is to bring value-driven solutions to complex Chapter 11 cases while ensuring the protection of creditors' rights. As a member of the firm's Executive Committee, I help shape business strategies, oversee operations, and drive marketing and client service initiatives. My dedication to the legal profession extends to previously serving on the Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and serving on the Board of Directors of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
