With over 14 years of experience leading business operations and technology at Jan Dils, Attorneys at Law, I serve as both Chief Information Officer and Firm Administrator — a dual role that keeps me at the intersection of people, process, and technology in a fast-paced legal environment. My background spans executive leadership, marketing operations, IT strategy, and organizational management. I hold a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Walden University and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Cornell University — a combination that shapes how I approach complex problems with both a systems mindset and a people-first focus. Outside of work, I'm actively engaged in my community, currently serving as a Board Member of Downtown PKB and previously as First Vice-President of the West Virginia Wesleyan College Alumni Association. I'm always open to connecting with fellow professionals in legal operations, technology leadership, and business management.
