Eric Conn

With more than 20 years of litigation experience, I am an attorney and litigator at Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes, a dynamic mid-sized law firm located in Okemos, Michigan. A quick study, I handle litigation in nearly all areas of the law, but primarily focus on commercial, corporate, and municipal cases, including those related to the construction, employment, and franchise fields, no matter the jurisdiction or venue. Setting me apart from my peers is my fearlessness in the courtroom. Having tried cases to verdict as first and second chair counsel, I have experience that most attorneys simply do not have and cannot get given the changing legal landscape across the country. And I am a better attorney for it. I understand what it takes to try a case, and know that they are won and lost by the hard work that must be done before the jury is put in the box. I also know that a bad verdict is not the final chapter of my client's case. Having briefed and argued in the Michigan Supreme Court and Michigan Court of Appeals, I have presented winning arguments on behalf of my clients in the appellate system and will always do so with the same passion I bring to the trial courts. While the law is my industry and litigation is my profession, my passion is my family. When I'm not assisting my clients with their legal woes, I'm coaching my children, in life and sports, or spending time with my amazing wife. In all things I am blessed, but especially, and most importantly, at home.
