I practice in Orange County, California with a focus on employment litigation and counseling. I defend employers in single-plaintiff FEHA/Title VII, CFRA/FMLA, and whistleblower cases as well as PAGA/class wage and hour actions. I appear in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies including the California Labor Commissioner and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. My practice also includes extensive employment counseling. I advise employers on the latest COVID-19 requirements as well as independent contractor classification issues, leaves of absence, terminations and discipline, reasonable accommodations, and myriad wage and hour questions. Additionally, I enjoy preparing and delivering presentations and webinars on cutting-edge topics in employment law. I'm also Mom to four spirited kids, all entering the tween/teen years.
