As a lawyer: have worked on high-ticket public and private deals in the aggregate amount in excess of $10Billion in entertainment, oil/gas; alternate energy; real estate; franchise projects; general business: IPOs, Secondaries, Private Offerings, Horizontal and Vertical Deal Structures, M&A, Financing. In Business: was president of a publicly traded hazardous waste company (NASDAQ: SENV) with significant US DOD contracts nationwide and have provided strategic business and business litigation consulting to US and international clientele. In the Extractive Minerals Sector- have worked on business and/or legal side of multi-billion dollar oil/gas projects and on solid mineral exploration, mining, processing projects. In the Analytical Laboratory R&D and Operations Sector -Bio-chem and Geo-chem analysis; on the bio-chem side, my CA DPH and CMS certified and licensed laboratories developed (1) an entire software Laboratory Information System (LIS) from in-take to out-put; (2) a GC/FID prototype for portable drug-testing equipment and (3) a pressure swing absorption system to make lab and hospital grade nitrogen in-house. On the geo-chem side, I'm working with Hasetins Commodities LTD to develop a first-in-class geo-chem analytical laboratory for mining purposes: focusing on building a library of REE and other critical and strategic minerals analytics. Special knowledge in heavy equipment, treatment and handling of hazardous waste. Currently: president, TanTan Mineral Enterprises, Inc. (tantalite, tantalum, niobium) and Comet Mineral Enterprises (Tin, REE (lanthanide light and heavy), tungsten, gold, platinum grade metals); focus on setting up and managing mining enterprises in Africa including peripheral and ancillary businesses related to exploration, mining and processing.
