As a founding partner of Hailey | Hart, I focus my practice on representing individuals and families facing life-altering loss. I handle serious personal injury, wrongful death, elder abuse, and insurance bad faith cases, often against large corporations and powerful insurance companies. My work is about more than litigation, it's about helping people find justice, regain stability, and move forward with confidence. Before co-founding Hailey | Hart, I spent the early years of my career defending insurance companies and large corporations in exactly the kinds of cases I now pursue on behalf of plaintiffs. That experience gave me valuable insight into how the other side thinks, evaluates cases, and prepares for trial. Today, I use that knowledge to advocate strategically and persuasively for seriously injured clients. I aim to deliver results that reflect my clients’ worth, their story, and what they’ve been through.
