About Elizabeth Ferguson
I focus my practice on first and third-party complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation - advising clients on litigating commercial general liability, excess coverage, and reinsurance disputes. I represent insurers in all aspects of the coverage process, from initial coverage determinations to appellate briefing. I am also experienced in arbitration and MDL. Prior to practicing insurance litigation, I handled complex civil litigation involving employment, construction, property damage and personal injury matters. These cases were litigated in state and federal court and included class action and MDL. Prior to practicing commercial litigation, I clerked for the Honorable Karen M. Cassidy, A.J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Union County.
