Eliot Krieger

Eliot F. Krieger is a founding partner of SKT Law PC. Mr. Krieger has over twenty-eight years of trial experience and is regarded as one of the top litigators in Southern California. Mr. Krieger oversees the firm’s international offices, regularly traveling between the U.S., Vietnam, the Philippines, and Hong Kong. Additionally, Mr. Krieger has associated and consulted with attorneys and law firms in the Philippines on diverse range of legal issues from criminal defense to assisting with negotiations for land deals involving Philippine corporations. Mr. Krieger's comprehensive experience in the courtroom over the last twenty-five years has provided him with singular insights as an attorney and has helped him greatly with expanding his practice. Mr. Krieger has been named to the Southern California Super Lawyers list as one of the top 5% of attorneys in Southern California and has been recognized as one of the Top One Percent of Attorneys in America. He has also been honored by the FBI for his prosecution of fraud and corruption. In addition, Mr. Krieger has been appointed as a Judge Pro Tem by the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Eliot is a former Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Central District of California, in both Criminal and Civil Divisions. He has a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
